Last night at the Law Society Awards 2009, Travers Smith won the Legal Sector Alliance Award for Excellence in Environmental Responsibility for its visionary pro bono project - Leapfrog.

Leapfrog, launched in September 2009 after three years of tireless effort from Travers Smith Environment Partner Steven McNab, is an initiative that brokers free professional support from a range of disciplines into activities which have the primary purpose of accelerating the reduction of carbon. It is a collaborative network of professionals to help low-carbon projects and entrepreneurs realise their ambitions.
