Clients emphasised the importance of knowing they will have the correct level of partner involvement, not just occasionally, but continuously.
- Quality of associates
Clients praised the consistent quality and personality of our associates, noting that there appear to be no weak links.
- Consistent teams
Clients valued the fact the teams assisting them were not in a constant state of flux, reflecting that we have one of the lowest attrition rates in the City (a fact partly due, perhaps, to the absence of billable hour targets).
- Commercial advice
Clients noted that we do not seek to provide them with a master class in the finer points of the law; we cut through the legalese and deliver clear guidance. They also commented that we focus only on the battles worth winning and on getting the deal done, and that we do not engage in unnecessary point scoring.
