The energy, natural resources and infrastructure markets are continually moving to cater for the global demand for energy and to support the urban growth of both established and emerging economies. Our ENI group is able to assist our clients in negotiating the complex contractual and regulatory framework which accompanies such changes.

Our ENI Group combines a cross-departmental team of experienced professionals from our corporatecompetitionregulatory and environmentcommercialfinancetaxreal estate and dispute resolution groups. We advise our clients on a range of matters including joint ventures, capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, strategic and financial investments, regulatory and compliance matters and disputes.

Richard Brown was invited to speak at the Natural Resources Forum in London on 30th June 2015.  This is an invitation only forum for professional investors and industry advisors.  Richard spoke alongside other industry commentators on the subject of African Mining: Risk, Reality & Reward with an update on how the UK bribery act is impacting the sector in Africa.  A video can be found here.
