Travers Smith advised Avail-TVN on its acquisition of On Demand Group
The transaction coincides with a new $100 million investment into Avail-TVN by The Carlyle Group.
On Demand Group is a provider of video on demand services, specialising in content aggregation and management of video on demand services. The company provides transactional video offerings to operators in 20 countries.
The Travers Smith team was led by corporate partner Ian Shawyer together with senior corporate associate Emma Pearce, tax partner Simon Skinner and senior commercial/IP associate Ben Chivers.
