Travers Smith advises on sale of Clinical Solutions
Travers Smith advised the selling shareholders on the sale of the Clinical Solutions group - a provider of clinical decision support and clinical content products for healthcare professionals, with operations in the UK, Australia, India and the US – to Capita Plc for cash consideration of £20 million on a cash free, debt free basis.
The Travers Smith team was led by corporate partner Edmund Reed and tax partner Simon Yates.
Capita was advised by DLA Piper, led by corporate partner Paul Pignatelli.
