Adrian trained at Travers Smith, qualified in 2003 and became a partner in 2011. Adrian has a broad corporate practice but his principal area of work is corporate finance, including IPOs, equity fundraisings, public takeovers and private company acquisitions and disposals and joint ventures. Adrian leads the firm's Retail Sector Group.
His clients include a number of quoted and private companies, based in the UK and overseas, as well as several financial intermediaries.
