The Commercial, IP and Technology Department has two main practice areas, one focused on commercial contracts, outsourcing and joint ventures, the other on intellectual property, and technology.  Being able to draw on specialists across such a diverse range is a significant advantage, as complex commercial transactions rarely fit into neat boxes and often require an integrated understanding of a number of legal areas.
