  • Pinewood Studios on joint ventures in Germany and the Dominican Republic for film studios to be operated under the Pinewood Studios brand 
  • Benson Elliott on a complex joint venture with Stanhope for redevelopment of the Station Hill site in Reading, one of the largest commercial developments in the UK
  • Virgin Media Television on its interest in joint ventures with the BBC for the UKTV television channels
