The team has extensive experience in M&A, equity capital markets, private equity and investment funds, as well as expertise across a broad range of industry sectors including technology, healthcare, infrastructure, financial services, media, telecommunications, retail, leisure and energy. In addition, our integrated and dedicated US Securities Law Group allows us to provide US securities law advice and opinions.

Our partner-led approach and project management is a key strength of our offering, allowing our small close-knit teams to be exceptionally entrepreneurial and efficient, ensuring a long and loyal list of clients, year on year.

We act for over 60 quoted companies and also count many of the leading investment banks in London as regular clients on corporate finance transactions.  The strength of our Private Equity and Investment Funds practice also enables us to support the transactional requirements of all investment professionals active in the market. We are amongst the highest ranking firms in the legal directories for our work in these fields.

The establishment of our Listed Company Advisory Team provides a dedicated team within our Corporate Finance practice, whose primary focus is advising listed companies on day-to-day corporate and other matters.  We make it our business to provide tailored, practical advice to fully  support the life cycle of listed corporate clients. We draw on the expertise of the Travers Smith specialist practice areas such as employment, tax and employee incentives and to co-ordinate such advice to ensure that our listed clients continue to have a consistent client-care team. This offering enables our clients business to be fully supported to take steps to transform their business.
