Be a game changer: Diversity and inclusion at Travers Smith
In this Olympic year, we will be harnessing the power of sport in helping us build diverse and collaborative teams and create an inclusive workplace.
Sport has the capacity to affect forces of history in ways that few institutions can, and we have already seen the potential of sport in engaging, motivating and influencing our own teams.
From the "Sporting Leaders in Conversation" session during Diversity Week 2015, to sponsorship of the Women's Sport Trust annual awards, we have already begun to see how sport can engage, motivate and influence our own people and highlight diverse role models.
But now we want to do more…
We want to build on these successes, celebrate everything that makes each of us unique and send a clear message that Travers Smith is a forward-thinking, inclusive, intelligent and innovative business.
Over the coming year we will use sport as a theme to help focus our efforts in accelerating progress and in leveraging the power of inclusivity.
We'll be holding a series of events where not only will we tap into a broad range of athletes and other individuals from the world of sport, we will also be sharing the experiences of our own people to help us develop a truly inclusive workplace
