OASIS acquired by Montagu

Travers Smith LLP has advised the shareholders of Offsite Archive Storage and Integrated Services Holdings Limited (OASIS) on the sale of OASIS in a secondary buy-out backed by Montagu Private Equity (Montagu).

Founded in 1999, OASIS Group is one of the largest and most diverse professional records and information management companies in Europe. It operates in 30 locations across six countries, managing vital information for over 5,000 clients. The Company, which is headquartered in Dublin, has successfully completed 29 acquisitions since its inception. In February 2017, OASIS was included in the ‘Inc. 5000 Europe 2017’ list of the fastest-growing companies in Europe.

Montagu will partner with CEO Brian Connolly and his management team to continue to grow the business through further European expansion, selective acquisitions and strong organic development. As part of the transaction, the current Executive Chairman of OASIS, Dennis E. Barnedt, will remain as a Director and significant shareholder in the Company.
