Louisa specialises in intellectual property and technology law and frequently leads major IT projects, such as system implementations and IT outsourcings. She is a member of the firm's Technology and Retail sector groups.
She also has wide-ranging experience in data protection and confidentiality issues and regularly advises clients on their business-wide compliance in this area – particularly clients in the financial services, pensions and retail sectors.

- The Hostelworld Group on the technology, e-commerce, IP and data protection aspects of its recent IPO on both the London and Dublin stock markets
- The Ambassador Theatre Group on the commission and implementation of a new business-critical IT system
- Various global financial institutions and banks on the implications and compliance requirements of the new General Data Protection Regulation and other major developments in European data protection law
- LK Bennett on brand protection and image rights issues in relation to its various celebrity brand ambassadors
