Paul Dolman

Paul trained at Travers Smith, became a partner in 2006 and Head of Private Equity and Financial Sponsors Group in 2014. Paul specialises in UK and international buy-out work and acts for institutional investors and management teams on investments and divestments, as well as private equity-backed companies on M&A and other corporate matters.

Paul is recommended by Chambers UK and Legal 500 as a leading individual in private equity and is listed in The Lawyer magazine’s “Hot 100” 2008.

Paul is also ranked number 1 by volume of Private Equity deals advised on between January 2016 and January 2018 (source: Mergermarket).
