Tim trained at Travers Smith and became a partner in 2009. Tim advises employment clients on all aspects of employment law covering general advisory work, through to contentious advice in the High Court and Tribunal. Tim also advises on all aspects of corporate transactional matters.
Tim´s clients include Ambassador Theatre Group, Bidfood, Canaccord, Casual Dining Group, The FA, New Scientist, the Royal Automobile Club, SSP plc, Trainline and the Whitgift Foundation.
Tim´s recent work includes: advising a client on the application of TUPE as the outgoing provider on a second generation outsourcing; supporting a client on a 'whistleblowing' situation, including in relation to the following investigation and outcomes; enforcing post termination restrictions against a departing executive level employee.

- Brexit and employment and immigration implications
Tim is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the European Employment Lawyers Association.
