Adam is an associate in our Finance Group with a wide range of experience across the credit market, including asset-backed lending/specialty finance, restructuring, fund finance and infrastructure finance.
Qualified in South Africa, Adam worked on a variety of financing transactions across the African continent, including South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Ethiopia and Zimbabwe. Transactions included restructurings, project finance, leveraged finance, investment grade lending and streaming and offtake arrangements. Now based in London, Adam works with both borrower and lender clients operating in the specialty finance, fund finance and infrastructure finance markets.
Outside of Travers Smith, Adam is passionate about the crypto space, having been active since Q3 2017. If he's not reading about the newest DeFi protocol, he'll be watching Bloomberg or re-reading "Margin of Safety".
