Conor is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution Department. He is a general commercial litigator with a broad practice covering a range of complex commercial litigation matters.
Conor has experience of cases before the High Court and Court of Appeal, including acting on high-profile fraud claims. He is currently part of the team acting for Hewlett-Packard group companies in relation to alleged accounting fraud claims, with parallel criminal proceedings in the US, arising out of the US$11 billion acquisition of Autonomy Corporation plc in 2011.
He was also part of the team which won Commercial Litigation Team of the Year at the Legal Business Awards and the Lawyer Awards for the defence of Kaupthing bank and one of its directors against claims brought by the Tchenguiz brothers.
Conor is a member of the London Solicitor Litigation Association and Junior London Solicitor Litigation Association.
