Danny is a senior associate in our Financial Services & Markets Department.
Danny advises financial market participants on a broad range of financial regulatory matters affecting their businesses.
He has experience of advising banks, asset managers and operators of financial market infrastructure on various aspects of UK and EU financial services law and regulation. These include regulatory issues relating to the regulatory perimeter and licensing, conduct of business and organisational requirements, prudential requirements, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing rules, Brexit, regulatory change, capital markets, digital assets, securitisation and derivatives.
Danny previously worked as an inhouse counsel at an international investment bank and at leading UK and US law firms where he advised several multi-jurisdictional banks and investment firms.
