Emma trained at Travers Smith and is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution Department.
Emma is a general commercial litigator with experience of acting for both claimants and defendants in complex, multi-faceted High Court proceedings. Emma is currently part of a team at Travers Smith acting for Hewlett-Packard group companies in relation to alleged accounting fraud claims arising out of the US$11 billion acquisition of Autonomy Corporation plc in 2011. Emma has also acted on follow-on damages claims and regulatory investigations for financial institutions.
Emma is also an active member in the firm's CSR activities and is responsible for co-coordinating the firm's pro-bono Reading Scheme at a local primary school.
