Hugh is a senior associate in our Tax Department.
He advises on a broad range of matters across the corporate tax spectrum, including public and private M&A, tax structuring including reorganisations and demergers, and complex advisory work. He acts for large and mid-size corporates, private equity houses and management teams, amongst others. He has considerable experience working with tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
Hugh read law at Oxford University and spent a year studying abroad in Germany.
