He is experienced in a broad range of commercial and financial services disputes. Much of his work is complex, high value and international.
Recent and current matters include some of the most significant cases in the London litigation market. They include acting for Hewlett Packard group companies in their US$5 billion fraud claims against former executives of Autonomy; representing Sebastian Holdings in its multi-billion dollar claim against Deutsche Bank arising from a series of exotic derivatives transactions; and advising Lehman Brothers entities in disputes arising out of the collapse of the bank, including acting for the joint administrators of Lehman Brothers International (Europe) (LBIE) in litigation over the ownership of securities worth more than £1 billion.
He is a member of the Litigation Committee of the City of London Law Society and sits on the firm's Brexit Working Group.
