Jane is a knowledge counsel in our Corporate M&A and ECM Group.
Jane had 14 years' experience as a corporate finance lawyer specialising in international capital markets transactions before becoming a knowledge counsel in 2014. She supports the Corporate M&A and ECM Group and its clients by providing market-focused knowhow tools and expertise including training, legal analysis, thought leadership and transactional documentation. Her work involves liaising with the wider legal community to ensure we are at the forefront of the development of corporate law and practice.
