Josh is an associate in the Financial Services and Markets Department.
Josh advises clients on a broad range of financial services regulatory matters, with a particular focus on ESG and the wider asset management sector.
His additional experience includes advising banks and alternative asset managers on the impact of both domestic and pan-European regulatory regimes on corporate finance, venture capital and private equity businesses. He also advises on the structuring, establishment and promotion of investment fund vehicles.
Being a member of the firm's cross-disciplinary Sustainability Working Group, he is involved in bringing together our team of market-leading experts to provide holistic advice on the full spectrum of ESG issues faced by our clients. Josh is also a member of the Travers Smith CSR Art Committee to aid aspiring artists with career progression and carries out pro bono work for the General Advice Clinic.
