Kaleem's practice primarily involves advising on all of the tax aspects of private equity, M&A, corporate finance and banking transactions. Kaleem is part of our Tax Disputes practice, and has experience of running tax disputes – both settling disputes with tax authorities prior to litigation and taking a dispute to the tax tribunals.

Kaleem is registered as blind. Kaleem uses specialist screen reading accessibility software which reads documents and correspondence aloud for him to listen. Kaleem is passionate about raising awareness of sight impairment and disability within the legal profession and amongst his clients. Kaleem hopes his work in this area will both educate and widen opportunities for individuals with sight impairments and disabilities within and outside of the legal profession. As part of this Kaleem writes a blog in his self-identified capacity as "The Legally Blind Guy" and participates on a number of groups relating to disability.
