Katy is a senior associate in the Employment Department.
Katy has experience in all aspects of employment law including tribunal claims, HR strategic support and advice and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
She advises a wide range of corporate employers (including global leaders in the areas of insurance, banking, energy and shipping) and senior executives, providing a complete service from preparing service agreements and policies, managing workplace issues (including disciplinary, performance, sickness absence and grievances), advising on redundancies and negotiated exits and dealing with disputes in the Employment Tribunal and High Court. Katy also deals with employment aspects of corporate transactions including the impact of TUPE in cross border sales and service outsourcing. She also has extensive experience in advising on seafarer employment issues including the Maritime Labour Convention.
