He advises a wide range of public and private companies on all aspects of employee and management incentives, executive remuneration and employment tax.
Incentives and remuneration
Kevin advises clients on the design, implementation, operation and unwinding of employee and management incentives schemes, including the related tax, corporate, employment, regulatory, securities and governance law issues.
He has broad experience of acting for high-profile clients in relation to complex and high-value UK and cross border transactions (including private and public M&A, public offerings and restructurings), in particular acting for US clients on UK inbound acquisitions.
Kevin also advises clients in relation to employment tax and the UK employment related securities regime.
Cross border M&A
Kevin had acted for UK, US and Asia based clients on high value and complex M&A transactions in the financial services, leisure, technology, manufacturing and natural resources industries.
Kevin acts for a number of well-known high street private equity-backed businesses in relation to their employee and management incentives schemes. The advice ranges from the design, implementation and daily operation of the schemes to the impact of various corporate transactions.
