Laura is a senior associate in our Tax Department.
She advises on a broad range of tax matters including the taxation of asset managers and investment funds, private equity, public and private M&A, tax structuring and reorganisations, incentive arrangements, real estate taxation, advisory matters and early stage disputes. Laura has experience of working with corporate clients, private equity houses, fund managers, real estate investment trusts, institutional investors and management teams.
