Lucy is a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution Department. She has a very broad experience in commercial cross-border disputes and regularly acts on high-value matters across a range of sectors and jurisdictions.
Most notably, Lucy has recently acted on a GBP multi-million split trial claim in the High Court, concerning an unlawful diversion of business opportunities and breaches of fiduciary duty in the private equity sphere. She has also acted on behalf of an East African bank on a multi-jurisdictional liquidation challenge, as well as on behalf of a high net worth Russian individual in a London seated LCIA arbitration.
Lucy joined Travers Smith in June 2020 from a highly regarded disputes boutique practice. Lucy trained in the London office of an international full service firm (spending six months in its Dubai office), and qualified in September 2017.
