Rafi specialises in advising financial market participants on the legal, practical, and regulatory requirements that affect their business and products. He has developed particular experience advising alternative asset managers.
Rafi regularly advises the firm's pensions fund clients when acting in their capacity as investors and also has transactional experience having been involved in several acquisitions and disposals of regulated businesses.
Rafi is a member of the firm's Junior Associate Committee, as well as being an important part of our illustrious football team.
