Rory is an associate in the Funds Department.
His practice includes advising both fund managers and institutional investors across a range of private funds transactions, including the formation, structuring and operation of UK and international investment funds, secondary transactions, and primary investments in domestic and international funds across various alternative investment strategies. He also has experience advising on other related transactions, including carried interest and co-investment arrangements and management company restructurings.
Rory spent six months seconded to the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs International.
