Sarah joined Travers Smith in 2017 as a knowledge counsel in the Real Estate Department. She helps our lawyers and clients keep up to date on a wide range of real estate matters, including landlord and tenant, development, sales and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and real estate finance work.
Sarah answers fee-earner queries from her team and across the firm, maintains and expands the real estate knowhow resources, drafts and updates real estate precedents, writes articles for external publication, and provides internal training.
Sarah is an active member of the Association of Property Support Lawyers
Real estate Brexit monitor
Sarah is the firm's contact point for Brexit issues and questions that relate to real estate. She reviews proposed statutory instruments and considers and reports internally and externally on whether and how Brexit might affect our clients, in respect of their real estate.
