Sarah is an associate in the Private Equity and Financial Sponsors Group.
She spent two months on a client secondment at BigHand and 9 months on secondment at international investor and manager, 3i Group plc, where she worked with both the private equity and infrastructure divisions.
She focuses on UK and international private equity and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and advises institutional investors, portfolio companies and management teams.
Sarah is on the social committee for Travers Smith's Black Asian Minority Ethnic Group (BAME) group and regularly helps organise events centred on diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
