Private equity/M&A expertise
Shannon trained at Travers Smith and qualified into the Private Equity and Financial Sponsors team in 2018. Shannon's practice focuses on UK and international private equity and M&A, including acting for institutional investors, management teams, and private equity investee companies on a range of matters. Shortly following qualification Shannon spent some time on an internal secondment to the Travers Smith Transactional Tax team.
