Suliat is an associate in the Financial Services & Markets Department.
Suliat advises clients on a wide range of financial regulatory matters ranging from the structuring, establishment and promotion of funds and other investment vehicles to various aspects of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II), the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR), and the Investment Firms' Prudential Regime (IFPR). She also advises on new firm authorisations, change of control analyses and compliance with ongoing regulatory obligations, as well as the impact of Brexit and other regulatory change projects.
