Tim is a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution team.
Tim is a general commercial litigator, with broad experience in acting on an array of contractual and tortious disputes. Tim has particular experience in competition and regulatory litigation and complex contractual disputes.
Tim joined Travers Smith in July 2018. His previous experience includes representing financial institutions, major software manufacturers and some of Europe's largest passenger airlines. In particular, Tim has acted on large and multi-faceted follow-on damages claims since joining the firm.
