Real Estate Financing
  • Safestore and its French subsidiary, Une Pièce En Plus, on its c.£470m refinancing through a combination of bank debt and a US private placement
  • Peel Holdings on the £300m refinancing of its land bank and the financing/refinancing of assets across the group, including shopping centres, airports and hotels
  • Fairview New Homes on debt facilities secured on its land bank and the financing of various developments in and around Central London
  • Office Space In Town on the refinancing of its portfolio of serviced offices across London
  • Meyer Bergman on the financing of its acquisitions of The Exchange, Ilford; Burlington Arcade, Piccadilly; and 112-116 Oxford Street
  • Mansford Capital on the refinancing of The City Gates, Swansea

  • Bridgepoint on its £655 million acquisition of Miller Homes from funds managed by GSO Capital Partners

  • Patron Capital on the sale of specialist neuro disability care provider The Badby Group to Elysium Healthcare
  • Mansford Capital on its acquisition and financing of Dean & Reddyhoff, a marina operator in the south of England
  • Breedon Aggregates on its £336m acquisition of Hope Construction Materials which operates across more than 1,000 acres of quarry and cement-plant sites in the UK
  • Malaysian property investor, Amcorp Properties Berhad, on numerous joint ventures with Native Land to deliver high value Central London residential property
  • Pinewood on the sale of Pinewood Group (including Pinewood and Shepperton film studios) to Aermont Capital for £320m
