We help identify the key benefits or risks of adopting a certain approach, advising on the interplay between different jurisdictions legal frameworks. We work closely alongside central and local HR and legal teams, and local counsel to determine the most appropriate strategy for the project. We then help implement that strategy and are regularly seen as “one of the team” rather than the external advisor providing commercial guidance as well as legal advice.
