COP30 will be hosted in Belém, Brazil, from 10 to 21 November 2025. This year's summit will focus on reinforcing multilateral efforts and ensuring implementation of promised actions under the Paris Agreement. Due to the conference's location at the gateway to Brazil’s lower Amazon region, discussion and action on nature and forests is expected. It will also act as an opportunity to discuss the continued global effort to transition away from fossil fuels.
