Travers Smith LLP has advised long-standing client Mansford LLP, the multi-strategy real estate investment firm, on the refinancing of its Student Cribs platform.
Student Cribs is the UK’s largest scaled student HMO platform, with a portfolio valued at £600m and comprising 5,271 beds across 1,220 assets in 25 leading UK student cities and towns. The facility was provided by Barclays and provides enhanced structural and operational flexibility to support the next phase of growth.
