Adam advises corporates, funds and financial institutions on a range of financing matters, with a particular focus on structured debt and equity.
Adam has extensive experience in fund finance, where he advises borrowers and lenders on a range of NAV, preferred equity, hybrid and GP/management fee facilities.
Adam also advises originators, servicers and financial institutions on a variety of structured transactions in the specialty finance and securitisation spaces. He has experience across all asset classes, including corporate/SME loans, auto loans, unsecured consumer loans and credit cards.
