Alex is an associate in the Technology & Commercial Transactions Department.
Alex advises on commercial contracts, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sector – advising on agreements for long-term investment in and operation of infrastructure assets, such as fibre, heat networks, various utilities infrastructure and data centres.
Alex also advises on complex services agreements and other general commercial and contractual matters.
