Alex represents clients including Heimstaden, The University of Oxford, LondonMetric and Highgate Capital on high-value commercial real estate transactions.

Alex is Co-head of the Real Estate M&A team, a 50-strong integrated cross-practice group, which brings together our dedicated team of real estate lawyers and market-leading corporate M&A, finance, funds, and tax lawyers to provide best-in-class advice to clients on the full cycle of any real estate project. He has a strong reputation for managing cross-practice teams.

Graduate Recruitment Partner

As one of the firm's graduate recruitment partners, Alex provides guidance and support to aspiring solicitors through various initiatives, including vacation schemes and university presentations.

  • CBRE GIP's European Co-Investment Fund on the acquisition of a portfolio of assets from Prologis UK.
  • Bank of East Asia on providing £121.5 million facility for development of residential and commercial property in central London.
