Alex is an associate in our Transactions team at Travers Smith.
Alex has a broad practice working across capital markets and providing private company corporate advice. Alex looks after corporate entities throughout their lifespan, often helping them to raise and deploy money. He has a specialist focus on listed funds and advising companies seeking to list or already listed on the public markets. Alex also enjoys helping many of his high potential clients, usually at an earlier stage of their journey and often within the sport industry, to grow into successful large businesses.
Alex has a passion for sport, watching and taking part, and it is no coincidence that he lives near the Emirates stadium.
