Aoife is dual-qualified as a solicitor in both England and Wales and Ireland. She regularly advises on all aspects of employment law, guiding clients through every stage of the employee lifecycle. This includes both contentious matters (such as employee terminations and tribunal claims) and non-contentious issues (including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and general advisory work).
Aoife also has extensive experience advising on employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Her clients include domestic and international businesses across a broad range of sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, finance, technology, private equity, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and the public sector.
Having worked in both England and Ireland, she regularly advises global organisations on the implications of new EU legislation and its practical impact.
Prior to joining Travers Smith Aoife spent over six years at Ireland’s largest and leading law firm.
