Catherine is a senior counsel in the Real Estate Group and advises on all aspects of the life cycle of investment assets from acquisition to disposal, debt financing, development and high value landlord and tenant matters.

Catherine is a senior counsel in the Real Estate Group and advises on all aspects of the life cycle of investment assets from acquisition to disposal, debt financing, development and high value landlord and tenant matters. She has extensive experience in alternative asset classes - healthcare in particular (care homes and senior living) - but also works in the more traditional offices and logistics sectors. Catherine is heavily involved in real estate M&A and works closely with the Private Equity and Financial Sponsors team and the Corporate M&A and ECM teams on high-value, multi-disciplinary deals which are either real estate led or with significant real estate components.

She acts for a range of clients including private equity firms and institutional investors to advise on the key issues which go to value and to provide commercial and practical solutions.

Catherine currently sits on the British Property Federation Healthcare Committee and is a member of The Association of Real Estate Funds, Women In Property and the London Irish Business Society.

Advising Sixth Street and Patron Capital on the acquisition of major UK house builder CALA homes from Legal & General plc.

Advising Inflexion and other shareholders on the sale of international veterinary care group Medivet to CVC Capital Partners.

Advising Ancala Partners on the acquisition of a majority interest in Holmleigh Care Homes.

Advising Ancala Partners on the acquisition of Ludlow Street Healthcare.

Advising Aedifica on its acquisition and development of a care home in Congleton.

Advising various other healthcare funds and REITs on care home acquisitions and developments.

Advising Sellers on sale of UK solar business and assets to Bluefield Solar Income Fund.

Advising Westrock on their joint venture with US based Northwood for the delivery of BTR schemes in the regions across the UK.

Advising Bridgepoint Advisers Limited on its lease of headquarters at Marble Arch and other London headquarter lettings and moves for a number of real estate and private equity funds and corporates.

Advising C.H. Guenther & Sons on a development lease of a large production facility in Coventry.
