Diarmaid has a broad corporate practice and has experience working on both private and public M&A, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and internal restructurings, as well as other general corporate advisory work. Diarmaid qualified in Ireland in 2023 and prior to joining the firm in 2025, was an associate in the Corporate team at Ireland's leading corporate law firm.
