Ella is a partner in our Corporate, M&A and ECM Group.

She has a broad corporate practice, specialising in public and private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, equity fundraisings and general corporate advice. Ella regularly advises public and private companies, institutional investors and financial intermediaries in a number of different industry sectors.

Ella qualified in 2017 and joined the firm in 2019, having previously worked for a leading US firm.
