Fabian is a senior associate in our Corporate Department.
He has a broad corporate practice, specialising in public and private mergers & acquisitions, equity fundraisings, Initial Public Offerings and general corporate advice. Fabian regularly advises UK and overseas public and private companies, institutional investors and financial intermediaries.
Fabian has a particular interest in the technology and consumer sectors and has previously completed secondments at two consumer corporates.
CSR & Pro Bono work
Fabian participates in a wide range of CSR and Pro Bono initiatives, including offering pro bono advice at the City Law School legal advice clinic and partnering with the Foundervine charity to deliver their "Legal Essentials for Entrepreneurs" training and other support for early-stage founder-led businesses.
