Gareth is a senior associate in our Corporate M&A and ECM Group.
He has a broad corporate practice, specialising in capital markets work, public and private M&A, and providing corporate governance advice. Gareth has particular experience advising financial intermediaries having spent time on secondment at two investment banks.
Gareth qualified in 2020 at a leading international law firm and has also worked at a boutique firm where he developed particular knowledge around advising clients in the sports sector.
