Grace joined the Financial Services and Markets team in 2020, after starting her career at the firm in 2016 as a paralegal and completing her training at Travers Smith. She is a trusted advisor to global multi-strategy alternative investment managers, delivering strategic advice to help clients proactively navigate complex and evolving domestic and international regulations.
Grace is praised by clients in the Legal 500 for being "a consistently strong performer" and contributes meaningfully to key industry associations including AIMA, as well as delivers client training.
Her expertise spans the structuring, establishment, and promotion of investment funds and vehicles, including cross-border distribution within the EU and financial promotions; core regulatory regimes including AIFMD/AIFMD 2, MiFID, and the Senior Managers Regime; and EU/UK prudential requirements (IFPR/IFR/IFD). Grace regularly advises on change of control, regulatory perimeter considerations, anti-money laundering, conduct and financial crime. Grace also has extensive experience advising clients on a range of sustainability and ESG issues, including the EU’s sustainable finance package.
