Harriet is a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution Department.
Harriet is an experienced commercial litigator, acting for domestic and international clients across a broad range of complex multi-jurisdictional matters. She has particular experience in relation to contractual disputes, complex competition follow-on damages claims, the defence of class actions, high-value civil fraud and investigations (both regulatory and internal). She has acted for financial services clients and corporate clients across a range of sectors.
Harriet advises victims of domestic abuse on a pro bono basis with Domestic Abuse Response Alliance and is an active member of our ESG and Impact Group.
Harriet trained at Travers Smith and qualified into the Dispute Resolution Department in September 2020.
